I’m a 28-year-old designer with post graduation from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. I am currently based in Muscat, Oman. As an interior design graduate, I started my academic career in service design with a simple idea of connecting people, services, and spaces to create meaningful experiences that make life easier and simpler.
My interest to pursue UX & service design comes from my passion for a user-centered design approach. Considering that products and services are distributed in a spatial system, my spatial design knowledge allows me to visualize services on a much larger scale responding to the surrounding environment. I am particularly interested in applying design thinking methods for enhancing user experience and service strategy for companies to better serve their customers. I also have a growing interest in design innovation, trends research, and understanding the application of technologies in service design that help promote social good.
As a service designer, I have worked with multidisciplinary teams and I am eager to learn and adapt to different roles. Currently, I am looking for creative design opportunities and would love to connect with you.
Working with me
I have project management experience and I can plan and execute design interventions. Additionally, I have worked with multidisciplinary teams with individuals from many different cultural backgrounds. I can easily blend with people and I like to put forward my opinions and discuss them with others. My role in teams has mainly been as a support system but when needed I have taken up leadership. I like to work in an organized way to balance my personal and work time and I prefer to set deadlines and get things done in time.

Apart from work
I enjoy cooking, driving a car, making handicrafts, and playing badminton/table tennis(not professionally) in my free time. I love traveling, it helps me relax and boost my creativity. I like exploring new places, cultures, and food. I have been to about 20 countries around Asia, The Middle East, Europe and I look forward to exploring many more!
